Mohammed Umar Sulaiman
Founder, P & S Informatics
Mohammed Umar Sulaiman brings a multidisciplinary perspective to consulting and advisory engagements, shaped by professional experience across strategy, operations, governance, information systems, auditing, training and organisational development.
His approach is centred on asking the questions that bring greater clarity to a situation. Rather than positioning every challenge as something a single consultant must execute, he believes in helping clients understand the issue, determine the right direction and access the appropriate expertise where required.
This allows P & S Informatics to remain focused on what creates the greatest value: thoughtful enquiry, independent perspective, practical direction and meaningful follow-through.
Ovais S
Senior Consultant, P & S Informatics
Ovais is a technology and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience, including more than 11 years with Amazon across the UK and India.
During his tenure at Amazon UK, he served as a senior programme leader, where he shaped product quality strategy for Rufus, Amazon's generative AI shopping assistant, and Alexa Shopping. His work included establishing frameworks for evaluating AI-generated answers, supporting launches across 12 locales serving millions of daily users, and contributing to safeguards governing AI interactions with sensitive topics, including health.
Earlier in his Amazon career, Ovais led global training, customer experience and programme initiatives across Prime Video, Customer Service and Compliance Operations. His Voice of the Customer programmes were adopted by more than 2,000 leaders worldwide.
Today, Ovais is the Founder of cpulze, a UK-based consultancy helping organisations build an accurate, trusted and effective presence in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. He also leads coaching programmes for aspiring technology and transformation leaders.
Ovais holds an MBA in Systems and a B.Tech from the University of Madras.
